All State Farm business appears to be done as expected.

I just have one complaint. When I send you an email with a question, I expect a reply from you, & not an assistant. I regard you as the "authority" for State Farm, not an assistant who I don't know anything about, as they often do not acknowledge their location, title, or role.

Your response via email is the legal standing for any disputes, and if it is your strategy to avoid doing this, then I regard this as a problem."
